I've never used a pet sitting service before.  How does this work?

Step 1
Contact Us:  Call us at 239-253-5983 or submit our Contact Form.  We will discuss your specific pet sitting needs and provide an estimate for services.  Then we will schedule a Meet & Greet for us to come to your home to meet you and your pets.  

Step 2
Meet & Greet:  Before this free consultation, we will email you our Service Agreement. We ask that you please review the entire Service Agreement, print and fill out the Client and Pet Information forms.  It helps if these forms are already filled out so that we can have more time to get to know your pets.  

The Meet & Greet may take up to an hour depending on your pets and their needs.  We will review everything about their personalities and daily routines - meals, exercise, medications, likes, dislikes, etc.  We will go over any of your questions about our services and policies, as well as confirm dates of service and the final service quote.  We will collect the signed Service Agreement and a copy of your house key. Payment may be made at this time or on the first day of service (cash, check, or credit card).

​Step 3
First Cat Sitting Service:  Whether you schedule one visit or two weeks of daily check-ins, we will be there to take care of your pets! You can have peace of mind knowing your cats are in good hands at home.  We will provide visit updates with pictures as often as you wish.

Step 4
Future Services:  Contact us by phone or online whenever you need to schedule cat sitting services! The paperwork is all done.  Just let us know if any of the details have changed regarding your pet or home.  If we do not have your key on file, we will need to make arrangements to pick it up ($15 per trip).
